What you’re buying
Basis Premium is $9.99 USD per month or $79 USD per year, with the same paid features on both plans. It renews automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in Account to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Existing season entitlements remain valid through their season and do not renew automatically. Access is delivered after verified payment, with no separate pre-delivery cancellation period.
Refund eligibility
For purchases on or after Basis Premium launch day, there is no seven-day any-reason refund window. We do not offer partial, prorated, or voluntary change-of-mind refunds.
If you made a qualifying purchase before launch day under a different published refund promise, contact us so we can honor the terms that applied to your purchase.
When refunds remain available
For every purchase type, a refund remains available if:
- applicable law requires it;
- you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, for the same purchase;
- you paid but never received the access you purchased; or
- a serious technical failure prevents you from using Basis, and we are unable to resolve it.
Outside of these cases, purchases on or after launch day are final. This does not limit any consumer-protection right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
How to request a refund
Email support@basisfantasy.com from the email address you used to purchase, and include enough information to identify your purchase (for example, the approximate purchase date and the email on the account). Do not send full card details — we don’t need them and Basis never receives them; Stripe processes the charge on a hosted checkout page.
Timing and decision
We acknowledge refund requests within two business days and make a decision within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time beyond that to post the credit to your statement — we cannot control or promise that posting date.
What a refund does
A verified refund removes the paid access granted by the refunded purchase or payment. For an existing season purchase, it revokes that season entitlement. For a Premium subscription, coverage from the refunded payment ends; a separate valid paid period can still provide access. Contact support about a refund request; canceling a subscription by itself does not request a refund.
Digital delivery, no shipping
Basis is a digital service delivered through your account after successful payment. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no physical returns or restocking fees.
