These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Basis Fantasy, a service of Ambrette Technologies LLC (“Basis Fantasy,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.
Basis is fantasy-sports analytics and decision-support software. It builds fantasy-point projections from sportsbook player-prop markets and compares them with third-party fantasy projections and rankings, for informational and entertainment use in fantasy sports.
Basis is not a sportsbook. It does not accept wagers, does not facilitate betting, and does not guarantee any outcome, result, or winnings from using it. Nothing in Basis is gambling, financial, or professional advice.
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you, and you must use Basis only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with the eligibility and account requirements of any third-party service used to access Basis, such as Stripe for payment and Google for sign-in where offered.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@basisfantasy.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Basis Premium is $9.99 USD per month or $79 USD per year, processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Both plans include the same paid features. Your subscription renews every month at $9.99 or every year at $79 until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Account; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Existing season entitlements are honored through the end of their season and do not renew automatically. Access is delivered digitally after your payment is verified; there are no physical goods or shipping. The seven-day free trial starts when you create an account and requires no card or payment before it ends.
Refund eligibility, the request process, and timing are set out in the Refund policy, which is part of these Terms. For purchases on or after launch day, there is no seven-day any-reason refund window and no partial, prorated, or voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Refunds remain available when required by law, for billing errors, for paid-but-never-received access, or for a serious technical failure we cannot resolve. A qualifying real pre-launch purchase remains subject to the published refund promise that applied when it was bought. A verified refund removes access granted by the refunded payment; separate valid paid coverage may still provide access.
You agree not to:
Basis and its software, design, and content are owned by its operator, except for third-party data and marks. References to sportsbooks, FantasyPros, or other data and platform providers are for identification of the underlying market and ranking data only; Basis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers, and their trademarks and data remain their own property.
Basis is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Basis’s projections and comparisons describe where market-derived pricing and third-party fantasy rankings currently agree or disagree. They are informational, not a prediction or a recommendation, and we make no guarantee about their accuracy or that any player, lineup, or strategy will perform in a particular way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basis and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Basis, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the entitlement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Basis at any time; termination does not itself create a refund obligation beyond the Refund policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
If we change these Terms, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date. Continued use of Basis after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
